Yep That's fungus on your Cherryhead. Get yourself some athletes foot cream (any brand) and smear some on those areas. Repeat every day or two for a week. It'll go away. ( I usually only treat once or twice and forget about it) One treatment usually ends it. A week will 100% do it

95 is entirely too hot for a Redfoot and your uvb "bulb" is not the correct type. (To start) Please post photos of everything you have and let us fix things for you if you want to try again. And you should. Everything gets simple once you know what to do and have the proper equipment
