Thank you for your input! There are some flagstones around the yard which could be it, I was just not sure bc they seem to be symmetrical on both sides in the same spot.

I noticed some redness on my Sulcata’s plastron towards his tail, I was wondering if this is cause for concern? Does the overall health of his plastron look okay? Will bring him to a vet if anything looks concerning
