I have an Iberian greek tortoise and I am expanding his enclosure. Currently, he has a a t5 ho 24watt desert UVA fluorescent bulb. I need to purchase UVA and UVB lights for the expansion area.
Since my tortoise is more of a tropical tortoise, should I buy tropical lighting with lower wattage?
This is Tito. He is a green Iberian tortoise. He’s a bit over 1 year old now. Here are his nails. Hard to get a photo of them but managed to do so. I take him on daily walks on rocks outside. He has rocks in his enclosure but are his nails too long? I’m noticing he’s walking on his nails more...
