Hi, my Russian tort, tank, recently had these really small and white bugs and a few slightly larger but still small bugs on him. I’ve seen them on some old food before but haven’t really seen them on him. I will try to get a photo, but could these be mites or are they just springtails. Please...
All I did was raise temps but he JUST started doing this and now he won’t stop. Could it be that I took him out of the enclosure once and now he wants to explore?
Tank has been very active now but I was wondering if it’s normal for him to climb the sides of his enclosure. I have rocks for him to climb on and he uses them. I just don’t know why he is doing this now
I feel like tank doesn’t walk around or come out of his hide enough. Is there ways that I can stimulate him or get him to be more active? Or is it something I’m doing that’s making him less active. I was wondering bc I was just at a pet store and saw a red foot tortoise and a Russian tortoise...
