Thank you very much, I hope that cream will help and about the jaw, the vets here only know to treat cats and dogs, and they do not know much about reptiles, I would like to trim it at home but i am scared that i would hurt the tortoise, do you know any hacks how to safely trim the tortoise

Does anybody know what is wrong with my tortoise, cca 3-4 y old, he is not eating much and has protruded lower jaw, dry shell with white spots, please help, is it maybe shell rot or some fungal infection?
