Got the temperature humidity all sorted out, there shells have gone a nicer colour after a day and the white from eyes have complelty gone, thanks for your help :)

Oh okay yes the eyes have inproved, what should it be on the cold side during day?

77 on the cold side now but still low humidity as the substrate still hasn’t arrived, will be here tommorow but I’ve got it up to 60% for now,

Okay and for the substrate Can it be 100% Cyprus mulch? Or should I mix it?

Temperatures are, 98 right under the heatlamp and 74 on the cold side, (they’ve only been on for an hour)

Okay I’m gonna order the new substrate now, will it be a shock if I up the humidity in that way straight away or should I gradually do it? The 100w bulb is for a 4ft long tank So reduce the calcium powder to 2 days a week instead of each time and will start buying more or a range of vegtables

What is the white rings around his eyes and is it normal? it’s a sulcata
