Ill try but she's shy and likes to hide her head, so its hard to get :/ her outer shell looks fine and so does her legs. Its just her face and head. :/

Its definitely her face and not the photo. I don't know what happened to it. Im so worried. Ill show a picture of what it's supposed to look like. :(

Hello, I've noticed that my tortoises face looks different. Its making me really worried and I don't know whats wrong with her. She's been eating less and hiding. She's usually very bright and a big eater. She's 2 and is a Russian Tortoise. Should I take her to a vet?
