Greetings from the Mountain State. I'm a recent Veteran going back to school and am trying to live a quiet life in Appalachia. I have a deaf dog a flock of Chickens that are a lot of fun. I am here because I am a reptile lover in the past I've owned Bearded Dragons and Savannah Monitors and even a baby alligator (long story). But now that i am done being a nomad and settled down in my own home I am looking again to re enter the reptile community with a tortoise. I've wanted one for ages and have been doing the research and making my plans for housing. I'm here to gain knowledge and share experiences. Cheers
