Geez, I never made it that far into the video after the first few minutes i was nauseated. Humans suck.

If they knew who turned over the tortoise they need to do the right thing and report them for animal abuse. Maybe it goes somewhere maybe it doesnt, but to let someone off the hook for something like this is inexcusable.
