My tortoise died today I’m heartbroken But she’s in a better place at least and isn’t suffering anymore.

She’s the same I’m continuing the antibiotics and keeping her warm But I don’t feed her through the syringe as much anymore since it sticks to her mouth like glue after it dries out Poor baby looks like she’s trying so hard ?

Current temperature is 27c or 81f She’s currently out of her enclosure since her enclosure has coconut chips and it be rough on her soft shell

Is this a bad sign her shell from bottom was bleeding a bit and I put some bandages on it Does that mean the medication isn’t working? I didn’t give her antibiotic today according to the vet that said she doesn’t need them What do I do? I’m very concerned :(

Yes the injections were antibiotics but I went to another vet and he gave her a syringe and a powder to give her And oral antibiotics He said the injections aren’t necessary and she can just take the medicine instead

If this is a sign of rot shell what should I do to get rid of it? Should use an antiseptic solution such as betadine on it? Or try to scrub it it?
