the temps at night are around 15 c - 20 c ... i use a 100 watt t-rex active uv heat lamp mate should i take it back to the shop it mite be the bulb because my friend lent me his shade and said his as never flickerd but iam using is shade and my bulb and it still flickers

ive just had tape measure on it the uv heat bulb is 44cm away on top on the take .. the top off the tank is metal cors type shall i put the uv heat lamp in side tank or get a 150 watt bulb for a bit more wormth .... the light flickers of every...
hi guys iam worried about my herman it the hotest point in the tank its 24c - 28 max it takes a while to get to this heat is this ok? ive got a heat matt and a 100 watt heat uv bulb .......... thanks people any thoughts would be great thanks
