Unfortunately, I have confirmed his death as he has started the decomposition process. His head never came out but I have a feeling maybe that is how he wanted...
Thank you for your suggestion. It seems that he did pass away but was a little slow with showing us, as he always has been. But thank you again for giving your thoughts.
He is in his enclosure so on his substrate. The heat pad was after his doctor’s appointment where he was exposed to extreme cold. He always had exposure to heat source and UV.
Will try soaking him again thank you for your advice.
He was just not left on a heat pad but in his enclosure to control temperature range. Where I live is facing extreme winter so floor heating is just necessary.
He remains the same as morning. Foaming around the mouth. We have kept him in his enclosure for now hoping for more answers in the morning. His legs and arms still remain soft with head tucked inside.
Noted. It’s quite late here so I will give more details tomorrow. Right now, our best guess is impacting as he has been constipated before. His environment and food has been more strict the past year and showed signs of happy & healthy tortoise.

Hi,
I woke up to my full grown leopard tortoise, unresponsive. His legs are out but not moving. Already tried CPR, soaking and injections from the vet. His eyes are closed with no signs of it being sunk nor is there any discharge / foaming.
The vet said he was dead but i live in a country...
