Hello! I just bought some black mulch from Home Depot and was just making sure that it is tort friendly. I was reading somewhere that some mulch can be toxic to tortoises? So does anyone know if this is true or what it is? Thanks so much! Oh and I have Russians ^__^

Yes we are using a coil bulb, he does get out in the sun but hasn't for a while because it has been very cloudy and cold. We are feeding them romain lettuce and I'm not sure what the enclosure temperatures are
