That's awesome!...I've been begging my wife to get one for years. I've picked up a few BGE cookbooks for low'n slow grilling especially with pork ribs to try out. I can't wait to try making pizza's and deserts with it.....and I almost forgot the 700 degree grilling for steaks.
I'm thinking about smoking the turkey this year for Thanksgiving instead of deep frying it.....I've been watching a lot of youtube videos on smoking and wish I started this a long time ago ;)
