Burmese Stars are certainly interesting, they are just so beautiful. Just from doing research online, I’m also interested in Marginated, or western/eastern hermanns, as I understand they are relatively easier to take care of than other species.

Daily highs are usually mid-80s, anywhere from mid 60s to low 70s at night. A little bit colder over winter. Humidity is typically 60-70%.
Yes, there was a sanctuary here with Sulcatas that recently closed down. Not looking for a species that gets that large, unfortunately. Would love to if I had a larger yard.
Hi, I live on the south side of Kauai and am looking to adopt a couple of tortoises. Before I do that, what would be the ideal breed for care in Kauai when taking into consideration humidity levels, temperature, weather, etc.?
