In 2018 one of our clients had to move and couldn’t take their Sonoran Desert Tortoise. An animal lover, I went home and researched for days to see if I could pull off being a tort mom. I decided I could. I built a burrow, locked down all the potential exits in my yard, brought 15 year-old Timmy home and the rest is history.
