I have my small redfoot in a large tortoise box, but she also hides after eating. She loves to dig and bury herself in the substrate. The top of the box is partially covered. Can I cover the open mesh part with a heavy plastic? I can't afford to buy a new enclosure. Also, other redfoot sites...
