Changed his bulbs as per above
Bought a small greenhouse tent and put it over to maintain humidity

My Sulcata has been grown pretty quickly recently and between his scutes where the new growth is there’s 2 lighter bits which seem softer than his shell and he didn’t like it when I touched them. Should I be concerned? Can anyone tell me what this is?
