    I have no idea how old he is like I said we just purchased him about 2 months ago! I have been wondering the same! He is between about 6 and 8 inches!

    The tail is long and curved! It doesn't stick it out too much!

    Can someone please tell me if my red footed tortoise is a male or female!? Just recently bought it and would like to know i heard you can tell by that curve of the shell. I can't tell!
