My adult redfoot tortoise seems to have been injured by meal bowl made of rock while she climbed up the enclosure wall and accidentally fell to the ground.
Is the injury shown in above picture just a kind of mild scratch or severe crack?
And does she need medical checkup?

My 6-years-old redfoot tortoise has just eaten a rock, a little big one, that is as large as her mouth.
