He's in and out. It could very well be him just rubbing against stuff..... or he very well could be in need of a good intervention.

SO he doesn't have any nasal discharge and he's not wheezing or anything to make me assume it's a respiratory issue. Any ideas or is it just a tortoise being a tortoise?
