Actually I think I am not going to get a tortoise after all. They seem like a big responsibility and require a lot of space that I don't have.

Hmm, maybe a tortoise might not be for me, I don't have the space for a large awkward enclosure. I was wanting something that could live in something like in the OP.

That makes sense, still haven't figured out what species is right for me. Is there a link to the tortoise plant database? How big do redfoot's get? Flowers? That's interesting.

How do tortoises reproduce if they can't be around each other? :P
