Hi, I use fish tank epoxy to attach dog tags to my guys. Only use a small amount. You have to move it every 3 months so it doesn't affect their shell growth. Just soak it, I use a very wet facecloth while they're soaking. Pops off in about 30 minutes.

Do you give mazuri pellets. I soak them in hot water till mushy. It's there only thing mine would eat when they didn't feel good. Give it a try. Prayers for you both

Well, Everything I have learned in the last year and a half has said they should NEVER be allowed to go colder than 70° that they can't handle it.

Sulcata are not supposed to be exposed to anything colder than 70°. They are from Africa where it doesn't get cold.
