As mentioned in my previous post, I found a Russian tortoise outside our home in England.
He was definitely dehydrated and is underweight according to what I’ve read on the internet, 5.5” and 357g.
Would this tortoise be ok to hibernate?

How do you know he’s a Russian, Do they have the spurs/lumps on the back legs and a spike on the end of their tails like a Hermanns? Just wondering as I’ve read loads of info and I find it a little confusing:)
