He definitely moves around most when he’s in warm water. He moves his neck upwards a bit and walks around but then when he is taken out he goes back to being sleepy. I moved him light a bit closer to him today and I noticed he was a little more active. Might give him an appetite stimulant today...
I feel like he hasn’t been drinking enough water on his own time (even though I have him a water bowl and soak him often, silly tortoise). Plus the owners before definitely did not give him water so it could be a combination of reasons
