Thank you I got his vet appointment pushed up to tomorrow I just soaked him again with the baby food I’ll see if he can eat. His new lights come in tomorrow.
I just got home and checked his shell myself it is soft in several places underneath. Is there anything that I can do to help strengthen his shell while I look for a place to take him to the vet sooner. I am very concerned now.
Ok I had someone go and check for me they said two of them are still hard like his shell but one is a little soft. Unrelated but I was thinking of taking him outside for a little bit to get some natural UV. Florida is pretty hot right now should I hold off until he is better or could that help him?
I feel horrible I just realized he has those spots under his shell I never even thought to check under there. I didn’t notice them until in the picture until I had already left the house so I can’t say if they’re soft or not.

Oh also I forgot to say that directly under his basking light it is 90 degrees I checked with one of those thermometer guns. I also raised his heat lamp on the other side of the enclosure so it would get a bit colder as it was 80 degrees when I checked, though he hasn’t been going over there...
