    Climbing greek tortoise

    My greek tortoise Shelby surprised me this morning. I haven't figured out how she climbed on top of her house...... There's a 3 inch overhang around the roof. She's never done that before. Don't worry it wasn't 140° the thermometer is not anywhere close, it was about 90° at the time.....

    Thanks. Whenever I spot check his shell temperature it's usually around 85-89. Sometimes when he comes out of his hide it's >75. So I was just curious.

    I know the temperature ranges for greek tortoise habitats. But is there a range for the actual temperature of the tortoise.
