Oh, I think he is very healthy too. I actually hadn't heard of people soaking adult tortoises until this forum so I wanted to make sure before I did it. Little update, after a phone call to the exotic vet she said the same thing so I just have him about a 5 min soak and he did just fine. :)

Great! Thank you. I have cared for turtles and tortoises before through work, but he is my first at home tortoise and my first sulcata. Yes, that is Hagrid. :) He is a rescue as a result of hurricane Irma.
