I live in Florida

He’s outside everyday for over an hour, I’ve had him since July 1, 2017

The enclosure temp is never lower than 80-82. His body temp is always higher than 85 and the humidity is around 80ish. He has natural light from a window as well as a zoomed blue day light lamp and I was told a household light bulb is fine so he has that too. He has about 120 Watts of light

They are perfectly fine... I’m just worried because he sleeps all day. I know it’s common in baby’s tho

so lately I’ve been curious to know a dehydrated sulcata might be. His neck is a little flaky, he still goes to the bathroom and he eats and he’s also very active when he’s outside. But when he’s in his house - he just sleeps for the most part. He’s less than a year old and I still soak him...

I have been providing kale and endive for him but he just won’t eat it… But everything else is normal

it’s been really chilly here in FL... my sulcata is sleeping and pooping and peeing but isn’t eating much unless it’s his mazuri. I soak him daily and he’s at 80+ constantly... he’s been like this since it’s been chilly. When it’s warm enough out (with sun) I put him outside and he eats whatever...

Okay, at night I’ve been checking him and he’s about 82 in the middle of the night

His room is fairly small, I check the temperature on the ceiling and last night it was 81 so of course heat rises. He’s on a table - abour 2 feet up?

But the CHE is only for a small part right? The space heater keeps the whole room warm....

I don’t have light on at night. I don’t have a CHE bc I tried using one and I noticed he does not sleep near it. The space heater heats the whole entire room
