My vet recommended giving medication by a stomach tube. Would that be an option?? just an idea. Hope your tortoise makes a full recovery.

Yes. I believe so. As you see they’ve been in family a long time. I’ve been very worried about them surviving brumation. Next year I won’t do much. I know Buster is male, there are females as eggs most years.
