Thanks, i tried my best to keep it alive but when they are so delicate, there arent even vets here that can do anything about it. I suspect the yolk sac ruptured from somewhere and maybe got infection? Maybe i should have removed it from the shell the first time i had a look so i could intervene...

It's gone. I will bury it next to my other tortoise today. And the other egg doesn't looks like anything is developing inside.
