The lamp is a combo uva, uvb and heat lamp bulb , temperature underneath it just under 40celcius , there is also a heat mat starting under the basking spot and going along to the “dry food” set at 37 with a thermostat , then the ambient temp in her hide is 22 Celsius in the day.
