I'm just getting started in the world of tortoises, not even having bought my first one. I think I'm going to start of with a Hermann tortoise and see how that goes. If all goes well I will be wanting a biiigggg tortoise in about 5 or 6 years. Thus far I've set up a tortoise table and am now looking for the right time to buy an adorable addition to my family of one.
If we're all being perfectly honest here, I really super duper wanted an Indian star tortoise but they are a bit picky I hear.
Ah well, I'll start off with what I can afford and care for. Then build a collection of amazing tortoises as I get on in age.
