Hi! i’m not sure about gender but I have a dalmatian herman’s tortoise that was hatched october 1st of 2023 so he’s 4 months old right now, I’ll attach a picture of him currently for size comparison, yours looks a little bigger so i’d guess he/she may be around a year old or so :) im no expert...
