Also how do I keep the humidity at 80% or more and the substrate around the basking light is pretty dry is that fine

I am feeding the tortoise tortoise food from the pet store but am soon buying some spineless prickly pair and and other edible plants for the lil guy we also have store bought substrate called eco earth I believe do you think it will be okay
