Hi everybody. I finally found some Cactus pad and aloe vera, I know to peel the aloe vera but do I have to peel the cactus pad also? Is the green one.

Yes it's sunk into the substrate. He can get into and out of it easily. It's a clay dish for a flower pot.

Thank you for that. Believer it or not I have been crying since yesterday. Maybe it's silly, but I would miss him sooo much. Is there a way I can get him to be more active ? He use to motor all over. Now he just sleeps. I have to put him at his food so he'll eat. Maybe he's in winter mode?

Do you know anything about shipping a tort? I'm thinking I need to rehome Little Dude. I can't seem to care for him right. Now he has an icky nose. I'd rather find him a better home and have him be healthy and happy. It's going to be hard, but I think I may need to.😢

Every once in awhile I seem to get a faint smell of ammonia like not really strong but just a faint smell of it. I've cleaned and disinfected his enclosure. All of his dishes are always washed before they're put in there. He gets soaked every other day for at least 15 minutes. He starts getting...
