Thank you to everyone that helped me possibly find a diagnosis or issue, but I may have caught it too late. I'm heartbroken to say the least, I only hope it wasn't my doing.
We went to the vet yesterday. He was given antibiotics,vitamin shots, liquid food for now. She thinks it's a bone disease. Waiting on xray results from the vet still. He is still very sick. I am spending every minute checking on him and hand feeding him now as he weighed only 60 grams.
update: yellow bumps on neck are more prominent. I gave him a carrot bath with pedialyte because he was very low energy. helped perk him back up. I gave him liquid vitamins as well. Today is his vet appointment and couldn't come at a better time. His back legs don't seem to work. Pictures...

it wasn't yellow or colored it was a harden pus. I didn't have the money to get it sent to the lab because the procedure itself was $600. but it didn't come back. They gave me antihistamines after to inject.

I forgot to mention he had a very large bump on his neck a couple months ago, brought him to the vet and they performed surgery to remove it. he's been fine after that til now.
