Thankyou for the replies. There is a UVB light on 10-12 hours a day along with heat/basking lamp. Soaked him in warm water for 5-10 minutes yesterday and he then had a poo. However seen as it is in its hide all of the time sleeping it is not getting the light from the UV or heat from the heat...
