Getting the CItES documents is not the problem, it's 75 dollars and the waiting time to get them.the problem will simply be how to get Speedy over to Germany without having to pay 3000 dollars! I have no idea what makes it so expensive.i would think 1000 would be realistic to get him from Omaha...
