African leopard tortoise, i thought i posted on that thread. She is 17 yo big enough to live outdoors. She currently has the entire back yard. Will have plenty of space to roam. Also worried about drier climate. But will have a humidifier. Currently in Houston and plenty humid there

I know about the cold and will have her a greenhouse heated with a humidifier. But is the elevation an issue?
We actually got a calll last night that she was found near a park abour 2 milles away by the bayou. It was too dark last night to search. We are headed there now for a good scour. Someone must have worried about her walking by the road and mived her over there. That was from next door a post...
