Does it have to be a certain cream?

So today I was giving my Greek tortoise a soaking as normal and I noticed something on his tail. It doesn't look normal and I'm not sure what it is. What I can say it that is looks kinda yellow and its hard.

So I have tried these things and my tortoise is eating a verity! I feel so much better! And something I found out he won't try something unless I hold it. But after he would eat it without me but thanks so much!

So when i try to mix up my tortoises diet so it can have a variety sometimes it doesnt try new things just ignores the food. how can i get my tortoise to try new foods so it has its diet it needs?

Thank you for agreeing, and a turtles would rather have not have a shiny shell covered in wax than being comfortable an have a shell that can breath.

I have currently have a greek tortoise and he has a very smooth shell without the vitashell! This shows it can be kept nice looking with out using unnatural substances. Sure it may not look like all patterns come out but who needs that? I honestly think it should not be used because like many...

What types of food should I hide for them?

It's a really big tank so plenty of room for them both. I also have a place to bask and its a pretty decent area for space. They both eat during feeding and hunt for the live food I provide for them.
