Based on how my body feels today from contorting to get into the stand and how my brain feels from the fumes I’m strongly considering just sticking with the one coat of sealer; original plan was 3 coats, which would hold up way longer than 1 coat. But I can honestly rebuild the entire thing...
Ok… now I’m done for the day LMAO.
Track saws are the most awesome tool. The top of the side panel was not perfectly flush with the front panel. So I just clamped my track to the it while it’s laying on it’s back and cut it perfectly flush. Geeking out over tools. Sorry. LOL
Today…
Finished up the top frame, mounted some casters on the bottom and filled some staple holes.
Now to let it sit for 24hrs, sand and see if I’m ready to start sealing.
LMAO! Love the reference.
It’s a few inches narrower than the front door. So it will go outside and then in through the front door.
Great question :).
If it somehow doesn’t fit it will turn into firewood.
Worked on the top frame today, will finish adding the second layer tomorrow. This for both rigidity and some the “tops” to sit on.
Quickly approaching the sealing phase…
Been a few days.
Today I recut the roof for the top of the ramp and put in the short wall. I was going to do another mini ramp, but decided to do that short wall instead. One side will be flush with the substrate the other side will be stones that slope up to it.
