Said news today. We had an appt with the vet today but didn't get to go. Just an hour before the appt i went to check on him as i always do, and he looked to be asleep, i rubbed his head and no response. Mac had passed away, i am very sad and upset. I took the best care for him i possibly could...

Sorry i can't help someone will be along soon. Good luck i hope he heals soon.

Update- Mac seems to be doing a little better today. He is not doing push ups any more and not blowing bubbles. We will stop go to our vet appt on Monday but for now he is doing ok. Thank you all for your help and support.

RE: please help I have the zoo med thermometer sticky strips right at substrate level, and i also have the two in one thermometer/ hydrometer as well, it is an open top, and using the 100wt red light for heat day&night with thermostat to keep heat adjusted and he gets natural sun just about...

RE: please help Day temp 85-90, night 80-85, hot side 90-100 and cool side high 70's low 80's, yes his substrate stays pretty damp, it does seem like he is having troubled pottying, oh and his substrate is coco fiber. Are my temps wrong and is the substrate ok to use?
