What would you recommend for her daily enclosure size wise? 4x8? I can pretty easily get my hands on a large outdoor enclosure.
She can definitely spend much of the time outside from June to September, but since I live in Michigan...
Sorry, you're right, I apologize, I have dyscalculia and I confuse the numerals 2 and 8 a lot. I will look for a larger one (and enlist the aid of someone who can read numerals)
This is her usual, every day enclosure. On the left is her house and food bowl, in the middle is her water rock, on the right is a stone and a flat piece of driftwood for basking under the heat lamp.
The internal thermometer says it's about 85f in there.
Hi Tom, thank you so much this is very helpful. Thankfully her enclosure is a 4x8 and does have a visual barrier at the bottom, however Kiwi likes to climb on the barrier and look out.
I know some hobby woodworkers that could easily make a larger outdoor enclosure for her.
