I live in Arizona and I was an optician for over 15 years before taking a career hiatus to care for my mother full time. My sanity is maintained with the help of two chiweenies, Foxy & Floyd; two kitties, females, Grandpaw & Kat Fish that were orphaned at three days old; two guinea pigs, female, Salt & Pepper; two sugar gliders, a neutered male Smudge & a female Alice; and my terrific trio debut with non-fuzzies, Sulcata hatchlings Wanda, Schnoz & Vex. My beloved pets are essential to my happiness; they truly enrich my life. Caring for mom is very challenging at times, but the Beautiful Lemons I am learning from caring for her will someday be experience and wisdom I can share with others during their journeys to make lemonade. I enjoy doing artsy fartsy things and I am an only child who currently doesn't get out much- yes, I am fully aware of that lethal combination .
