Here’s a neat example of difference the extra light from the fluorescent makes, in combination with the grow light!!! First picture has both lights on. Then I turned off the fluorescent.

I only added the grow lights since I just recently started adding live plants. When I took these photos I didn’t have the fluorescent light in, so the color in the pictures looks funky. When they’re both on all the color (besides the actual bulbs) looks completely normal. I’ll add another...

Here’s updated photos of their enclosure... I ended up taking their hides out. The only way they ever used them was to try and climb up the sides, only to flip themselves over. They prefer digging their own in the corners anyway, and I don’t mind at all. =) Also, adding in a neat photo showing...

They’re now in 2 separate 4ft x 1 1/2ft enclosures. Got out my old snake set up for them =)

Okay, then that’s great news! I can just make a wooden barrier around the entire enclosures, about 1-2 feet tall. I don’t think it would need to be any higher than that (anybody can and please correct me if I’m wrong). They will have plenty of good hides! =)
