Thank you for the reply. The costings not really an issue. I have an area of around 70ft x 30ft to start with a plan to increase it massively in a couple of years.
I just want to make sure I am doing it all properly rather than half hearted as its a life long commitment.

I live in the UK so an outside enclosure with indoor areas will be built but thats a little later down the line.
