This is her weight history. They gave her anesthesia twice, because the first time the effect was not good so they add more anesthesia. The vet said they dont think she died due to anesthesia overdose.

Thanks. I just use the dividers similar to the fence among tortoise. So tortoises will not touch each other. But I’ll consider a new completely container for her as you suggested
