Hi, I picked up my turtle this morning and I saw the he/she had done something to his shell. Can someone help me identify how to cure this, should I apply sone betadine? Also he is not housed with any other turtles. Thanks!

Yes I tried that before, but hk laws are simply so strict they won't even accept seeds from china!! They're quite paranoid about spreading disease here... thanks though.
