Springwillow

Hello, This is the first time on here....I found a tortoise today in the road. I brought it home, then thought I should put it back, but I didn't. It was hiding at first, but now is active. It has damage to the top of the shell & while I was talking to it, it started crawling to turn around & see me....then I noticed, I cannot put it back. It's back legs are just little stubs. No toes, barely any legs....just skin I think it's a sulcata...I will post a pic as soon as I figure out how. Also, any & all info is welcome....sexing, feeding, temps etc. I've always had aquatic turtles...not the same LOL
